Face & Neck

A facelift may involve the entire face and neck, or may be targeted at specific problem areas such as the brow, the midface, or the lower face and neck. While a facelift can give dramatic results, there are some things that a facelift alone cannot achieve and so it is often combined with other procedures such as eyebag removal.

Minimally invasive lifting
Some of us are not quite ready for a facelift, or we may not really need one. Through volumisation of the face, we can boost the 3-dimensional structure of the face to give a more youthful appearance. We use a combination of less invasive techniques such as fillers, Botox, Thermage and threads to rejuvenate the face with less downtime.

Facial skin rejuvenation
We recommend a combination of light and/or laser treatment, together with a home maintenance skincare programme to improve the quality and texture of your skin.

Thermage for the face & neck tightens the skin, reduces the fine lines and wrinkles and improves contours of the face to give a more rejuvenated appearance. The heat delivered to the deep layers of the skin gives an immediate tightening effect. Because of the effect on collagen regeneration, the benefits of Thermage continue to manifest over 2-6 months.

Cheek reshaping
Youth is associated with fullness and projection of the cheek. The projection of the cheek area can be improved by using bone grafts or facial implants. Conversely, a slimming effect can be achieved by removal of some cheek (buccal) fat. This reduces the roundness of the cheek and gives a more sculpted look.

A youthful neck is smooth and has a pleasing angle between the neck and chin. As we age, localized fat deposits and loose skin can accumulate, leading to a double chin or even a turkey neck. The neck contour can be improved with liposuction or a neck lift, while topical applications of our age defense products can help improve the skin texture.

A threadlift is a minimally invasive face or necklift which is suitable for individuals with moderate skin laxity. It helps to reposition tissues of the cheeks or neck through small incisions, without the need for general anaesthesia or hospital stays.

Fat Grafting
Free fat tissue can be used to plump up the lips and cheeks, and fill in some of the hollows that occur with aging. The procedure may need to be repeated to achieve the optimal volume of fat.
