Facetite is a minimally invasive contouring procedure that uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) to tighten skin and reduce small fat deposits. It improves the skin laxity of the lower face, defines the jawline, and reduces the double chin and skin laxity of the neck area.
Through a small entry point, a thin probe delivers controlled radiofrequency energy beneath the skin. This energy melts fat while stimulating collagen production, resulting in improved skin tightness, contour, and definition.
Facetite is best for reducing a double chin and excess neck fat, as well as the heavy lower face. In addition, other body areas with small pockets of fat and skin laxity can also be treated.
Post procedure, a compression strap needs to be worn for the first 3-5 days. There will be swelling mainly in the first week. The treated areas gradually improve over a few months and results last a couple of years.
FaceTite is FDA-cleared and performed under local anaesthesia. Most patients experience mild swelling and bruising that resolve within a few days, with visible tightening and contouring improvements appearing over the following weeks and months.
